We work at the intersection of traditional knowledge, artisan livelihoods, forest-based economies, education, and community empowerment. Through skill development, craft revival, design innovation, and sustainable livelihood initiatives, we create pathways for dignified and long-term rural development.

From indigenous crafts and forest produce to women-led enterprises and artisan training programs, our work is rooted in culture, community, and continuity.

Moving into a new phase of our foundation, we are working towards transforming Lantana—an invasive forest weed—into sustainable tribal handicrafts and modern energy solutions. This initiative brings together climate action and livelihood generation by enabling forest communities to become environmental stewards while creating stable and dignified sources of income. Through this work, we aim to build circular economies  rooted in sustainability and traditional knowledge.

Transforming Lantana in Indian Landscape

Lantana is one of India’s most invasive forest weeds, spreading rapidly across nearly 13 million hectares of forest land and threatening native biodiversity, wildlife movement, and natural regeneration. Introduced as an ornamental plant, it now chokes forest ecosystems, increases fire risks, and reduces grazing and livelihood resources for forest-dependent communities. Through tribal handicraft training and innovative energy solutions, the initiative aims to transform lantana from an ecological threat into a sustainable livelihood opportunity and a climate-conscious resource for forest communities.

Mission

To support vulnerable communities by creating livelihood opportunities through skill based programs with a chance to participate in global supply chain

Vision

Every community deserves sustainable opportunities for dignified livelihoods.
